2015 Unite conference

This year, due to the recent uncertainty around Covid and alert levels, we will be holding regional delegate training in October and our AGM will take place by video conference (Zoom).

Delegate Training
Your organiser will be contacting our delegates about the upcoming training, but if you're not a delegate and would like to become one please reach out to your organiser - right when we have training planned is a great time to become a delegate for your union. Delegate training is a full day of training, paid as Employment Relations Education Leave.

The regional training outside of Auckland and Waikato is being finalised by organisers currently and they have been, or will shortly be, in contact to offer training to delegates (Covid restrictions allowing). Unfortunately we will have to wait a bit longer to do delegate training for Northland, Auckland and Waikato.

Unite 2021 AGM
The AGM will be held by zoom on Tuesday 2nd November from 6-8pm. This is where we report on the union's progress, elect our officers, discuss and vote on changes to our rules and talk about the year ahead - which has some big changes coming.

Voting representation at the AGM is by delegates (one delegate vote per 50 members) and your Unite organiser will be in touch with eligible delegates shortly with details.

All Unite members are entitled to attend as non-voting observers - please let us know if you wish to do so.
