Hi Everyone,

As we prepare to take action due to the changing government alert levels, I wanted to give you an update. 

For all store staff, from Wednesday 25 March, 8:00pm all stores will be closed for 4 weeks due to the government restrictions until 22 April. The Customer Service Centre (CSC) will also close from 5:00pm tomorrow. RBL will continue to pay all store employees on a weekly basis, using the average of your last 4 weeks’ pay (i.e. pay periods from 18 February to 16 March) as the basis for this payment, for the 4 weeks of the government imposed shutdown.

Prior to the end of the 4 week period, we will reassess this situation for all store staff, for any ongoing closures or business continuity concerns beyond 22 April 2020.  Please make sure you keep your contact information updated on ServeMe as we will be in contact via email and mobile with ongoing communications.
